Ask within 7 days of buying a Tachy Pro license for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to ask
- Email support-tachy@inferxgate.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number.
- Or contact Paddle’s buyer support, using the link in your receipt email.
The refund goes back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take a few days to show.
The app itself
Tachy is free to download and use, so there’s nothing to refund unless you bought a Pro license.
