These terms cover the Tachy app and Tachy Pro licenses. By downloading Tachy or buying a license, you agree to them.

Who we are

Tachy is made and sold by InferXgate, India (“we” and “us”). You can reach us at support-tachy@inferxgate.com.

The app

Tachy is free to download and use. Everything except the Pro features is free, with no time limit.

Tachy Pro

  • A Pro license unlocks Tachy’s Pro features: today, the edge panel and Claude usage. Pro features added later are included in licenses already sold.
  • A license lasts 1, 3 or 5 years from the day you buy it. If you buy one while your current license is still running, the new one starts when the current one ends.
  • The prices are $5 for 1 year, $10 for 3 years or $15 for 5 years, in US dollars, plus any sales tax or VAT. Each is one payment, not a subscription: nothing renews or charges you again by itself.
  • When a license ends, the Pro features turn off and everything else keeps working. Your settings for the Pro features are kept.
  • Claude usage works with Claude Code and needs a Claude Pro or Max plan, which you get from Anthropic, not from us. It depends on how Claude Code reports usage, which can change. If a change stops it working, we’ll try to restore it in an update, but we can’t promise to.

Who may use a license

A license is for one person. You may use it on any number of Macs that you use yourself. Please don’t share it, publish it, or sell it on.

Buying, and the merchant of record

Orders are processed by Paddle, our online reseller. Paddle is the merchant of record for all our orders: it sells you the license, takes your payment, and handles sales tax, VAT, invoices and billing questions. Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Refunds

Ask within 7 days of buying for a full refund. Our refund policy says how.

Using Tachy

Don’t use Tachy to break the law. Don’t remove, bypass or tamper with its license check, and don’t distribute changed copies of Tachy.

No warranty

As far as the law allows, Tachy is provided “as is”, without any warranty. We work to make it accurate and reliable, but we don’t promise it’s free of errors or that every reading is exact. Don’t rely on it where an error could cause harm.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, that come from using Tachy. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Tachy in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. A change never reduces what a license you’ve already bought gives you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts can hear any dispute. If the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts, you keep that right.
